  5. Providing guidance and mentorship to a team of developers and collaborating with other departments to ensure that Salesforce is being used effectively and efficiently across the organization.
  6. Staying up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionality to determine how they can be leveraged to improve the organization’s use of the platform.
  7. Managing and monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  8. Collaborating with the Salesforce administrator to ensure data integrity and security.
  9. Managing project timelines, budgets and resources.
  10. Communicating progress, issues and recommendations to the management team.
