The Job Description of Salesforce Architect

- Staying up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionality to determine how they can be leveraged to improve the organization’s use of the platform.
- Managing and monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Collaborating with the Salesforce administrator to ensure data integrity and security.
- Managing project timelines, budgets and resources.
- Communicating progress, issues and recommendations to the management team.
