Information System Architect Job Vacancy at Webhelp, Gurugram

To support global initiatives and global clients, Webhelp is looking for an analytical Information System Architect to design an information system integration map to guide us on our growth journey.

Roles & Responsebility

  • Leading, producing, and controlling system architecture design and conducting research on new technologies
  • Understanding client needs, system functionality, and business processes to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Providing expertise in evaluating integration capabilities and defining integration standards between various on-site SaaS and PaaS systems
  • Understanding software complexity, designing and implementing integration solutions adopting various technologies to build enterprise strategy
  • Producing technical documentation and ensuring knowledge transfer
  • Formalizing and managing handover to the Delivery Team, providing guidance on the selection of deployment and implementation architecture for integration platforms including API platforms and data integrations based upon the current landscape and future requirements as well as auditing implementations
  • Acting as a role model for performance improvement through a structured approach to defining and implementing analysis and pilots and focusing on the necessary operational standards and challenge variances.

Qualification & Necessary Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with software integration and architecture
  • Experience with integration/API platforms such as MuleSoft or Oracle and on multiple support platforms such as Workday (Finance and HR), Salesforce, Peoplesoft, Oracle HCM, WFM, Contact Center Platform
  • Proven experience working with various technologies such as XML, JAVA, RESTFul Services, SOAP Services, Database (MS SQL Servers, Oracle), Eclipse, GIT, JDeveloper, JSON or Azure
  • Strong written, oral communication skills in English (French would be advantageous)
  • Understanding of financial and HR business (Advantageous)
  • Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and within a team structure, making decisions where appropriate and within the scope of the role
  • Strong team-building skills with ability to motivate and inspire people across the business including generate excitement as we improve the performance of the business
