Main Roles and Responsibilities
In the role of administrative manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the administrative objects correspond to the needs of the business, you manage and develop to simplify and streamline the authority. We are on an agile journey that you will be a part of. The management manager for the partner portal is part of the team that manages and develops the system support for Sida’s main process.
The head of administration, belonging to the IT unit, works closely with the system administrator regarding the management plan, financial planning, and follow-up, as well as connections to Sida’s entire IT environment. The administration manager leads the implementation of the administration plan.
The role includes being responsible for tasks close to the administration, such as requirements, agreements, supplier management/cooperation, procurement, projects/assignment management, management plans, and life cycle management. The management manager also leads resources and work to realize needs, together with the business work towards achieving the management objects’ impact goals
We are looking for you who have:
- Relevant academic education focused on systems science or other equivalent competence acquired through work experience.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing.
- At least 3 years’ work in the IT area as a system manager or function manager, technical project manager, test manager, or equivalent.
- You have a good technical understanding and you are well acquainted with IT / information security.
